Tentative Itinerary as follows:
Saturday June 22nd
9:00 am: Meat inspection, hand out turn in boxes
(We will be having meat prep demonstrations throughout the day)
Teams may begin prepping meat
2:00 pm: Cooks meeting
Sunday June 23rd
Teams are in full swing cooking
12:00 pm: Chicken turn in
12:30 pm: Ribs turn in
1:00 pm: Pork turn in
1:30 pm: Brisket turn in
4:00 pm: Awards ceremony
