KCBS Master Rules
The JACK9 Memorial BBQ Competition was created by the BBQ community in honour of our friend and BBQ Pitmaster, Michael Chiarotto. Michael loved BBQ’ing and competing in BBQ competitions.
This competition is a great opportunity to bond around common interests while also determining who among us are the best BBQers.
With a laid-back atmosphere, laughter, and a chance to sample some of the best BBQ around, this event is sure to be a hit with all who attend.
